  • ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON LINE, CAN I SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE?
    Many of our products are available on line & we are constantly increasing our product range on our web site, however we represent over 300 manufacturers from around the globe and could never display everything that we offer (not to mention our ability to custom make furniture to your specifications). So, if you don't find it on line e-mail us, call us or visit one of our showrooms and we'll find just the right item for you.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHOWROOM HOURS?
    The Manhattan showroom is open Mon-Thurs from 8:45-5:45 EST and on Fridays 8:45-5:00 EST. Call us or come on in we'll be glad to show you around.

  • DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS TO THE TRADE OR FOR QUANTITY PURCHASES?
    All of our furniture is discounted, and the prices quoted are "Net". That means that we always offer the lowest prices. Our volume purchasing power and our exclusive products offer you the best value every time.

  • WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME ON YOUR MERCHANDISE?
    If the items you ordered are in stock, you can expect delivery as early as a week after your order is placed. You will be notified of the delivery time of all merchandise after your order is placed.

  • WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
    Cost of delivery will be determined based on the merchandise ordered. A DALLEK representative will contact you with a the delivery fee once the order is placed. Remember! notify us of any extraordinary requirements such as: carry ups, special delivery times, small door ways or entry ways. We always do our best to accommodate your special requirements.

  • HOW WILL THE FURNITURE BE DELIVERED?
    Deliveries within a 75 Mile radius of New York City are handled by DALLEK delivery personnel and are delivered blanket wrapped & setup inside your office. Deliveries to other areas will be handled by a reputable delivery service, let us know the service you require and we will arrange for your furniture to arrive safely.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED?
    All our merchandise is guaranteed for one year. If you require any service please contact your DALLEK representative for assistance.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Stock orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placing the order, assuming the merchandise has not left our distribution center. Special orders are not subject to cancellation.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    No returns are accepted on merchandise that has left our distribution center.

  • WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEB SITE?
    Out of respect for our clients we do not sell nor buy customer mailing lists. Any information given to us is used by DALLEK to process your order.
